Tiffany is the voice-activated AI planning agent embedded in 4S4’s Strategic Planning Platform. Rather than simply surfacing reports, she performs planning work directly inside the system — you talk to her in natural language, and she navigates the platform, actions the request, and narrates exactly what she’s doing and why, in real time.

 

Working from live production and demand data, Tiffany plans against capacity, routings and system structures, producing output accurate enough to push straight through to execution. She’s built to keep learning — deepening her expertise across the platform itself, enterprise systems, and manufacturing and finance disciplines — so she becomes more capable the longer she’s in use.

 

Tiffany runs continuously, day and night, but always within clear limits: she executes and recommends, while people retain the final say on the decisions that matter most. It’s a deliberate design, not a limitation — autonomy expands only as accuracy is proven.
